Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASD Traders website, applications, account dashboard, investment features, trading features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, purchasing or selling an investment, placing an order, requesting a withdrawal, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ASD Traders Platform

ASD Traders is a US-based global investment and trading platform designed to provide users with access to digital investment, trading, portfolio, and related financial-platform services.

ASD Traders is a MiCosoft platform.

The services, products, markets, investment opportunities, and features available through ASD Traders may vary based on product availability, user eligibility, jurisdiction, applicable law, market conditions, and Platform policies.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a representation that ASD Traders is registered, licensed, endorsed, or approved by any particular regulator unless such status is expressly stated by ASD Traders in official documentation.

Eligibility

You may use ASD Traders only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

• You must satisfy the applicable minimum age requirement.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the Platform if its services are prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Certain ASD Traders services require you to create an account.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information updated.

You may not create an account using a false identity, impersonate another person, or intentionally provide misleading information.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and the security responsibilities described in these Terms.

Verification & Compliance

ASD Traders may request information or documentation to verify identity, account ownership, source of funds, transaction information, or other information necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or applicable legal requirements.

You agree that all documents and information submitted to ASD Traders will be genuine, accurate, current, and complete.

Where verification is required, certain account features may remain unavailable until the verification process has been completed.

ASD Traders may take appropriate action where information appears fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

Platform Services

ASD Traders may provide investment, trading, portfolio management, market information, deposits, withdrawals, referral features, account services, and other related digital services.

Available services may change over time and may differ according to jurisdiction, eligibility, account status, market conditions, and applicable requirements.

ASD Traders may modify, introduce, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operational, security, business, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Investments & Trading

Investment and trading transactions made through the Platform are subject to the applicable product terms, pricing, availability, transaction conditions, and market conditions.

You are responsible for determining whether an investment or trading activity is appropriate for your financial circumstances, objectives, experience, and risk tolerance.

ASD Traders does not guarantee that any investment, trading strategy, asset, company, market, or transaction will produce a profit.

Any investment decision you make through the Platform is made at your own risk.

Investment Risks

Investing and trading involve financial risk. You acknowledge that the value of investments and financial instruments can fluctuate.

• You may lose part or all of your invested capital.
• Investment values may increase or decrease without notice.
• Market conditions can change rapidly.
• Liquidity may vary between products and markets.
• Transactions may experience delays or may not always execute at an expected price.
• Market disruptions may affect pricing, trading, settlement, or withdrawals.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Historical, estimated, projected, or displayed returns are not guarantees of future performance.

Deposits

Deposits must be made through payment methods and channels supported by ASD Traders.

You are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for a deposit are lawfully obtained and that you are authorized to use the relevant payment method.

Deposits may be subject to minimum amounts, processing times, verification, transaction limits, or applicable charges.

A deposit may remain pending while payment confirmation, security checks, compliance review, or internal processing is completed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to applicable account requirements, verification procedures, transaction conditions, security checks, and compliance requirements.

ASD Traders may require additional information before processing a withdrawal.

A withdrawal may be delayed, placed under review, or rejected where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment disputes, security concerns, compliance issues, technical problems, or legal requirements.

Processing times can vary depending on the selected payment method, financial institution, transaction processing, verification, weekends, holidays, network conditions, and other factors.

Fees & Charges

ASD Traders may charge fees or other applicable costs for certain services, transactions, withdrawals, or other Platform activities.

Where applicable, relevant fees will be displayed through the Platform or relevant transaction interface.

Third-party payment providers, financial institutions, networks, or intermediaries may charge additional fees outside the control of ASD Traders.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable transaction terms and fees before completing a transaction.

Market Information

ASD Traders may display market data, prices, charts, company information, investment information, historical data, estimates, and other financial information.

Such information may be obtained from internal systems or third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.

Market information provided through ASD Traders is for informational and Platform-related purposes and should not automatically be interpreted as personalized financial advice.

You should independently evaluate any investment decision before acting on information displayed on the Platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, password, verification codes, and other security information.

• Never share your password with another person.
• Never share OTPs or verification codes.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Keep your email account secure.
• Notify ASD Traders promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Avoid logging into your account from untrusted or compromised devices.

ASD Traders will not ask you to disclose your account password or one-time verification code through unofficial channels.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use ASD Traders for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or malicious activities.

• Fraud or intentional deception.
• Identity theft or impersonation.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
• Market manipulation or abusive trading activity.
• Trading or acting on material non-public information where prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit technical, pricing, calculation, or security vulnerabilities.
• Circumventing account restrictions or verification requirements.
• Unauthorized bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or system access.
• Interfering with the security, operation, or availability of the Platform.
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

Global Users & Jurisdiction

ASD Traders is intended to serve users globally, subject to applicable laws, eligibility requirements, service availability, and jurisdictional restrictions.

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using ASD Traders, making investments, trading financial products, depositing funds, or withdrawing funds is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

Different countries and jurisdictions may impose different requirements, restrictions, taxes, reporting obligations, investment limitations, currency rules, or other conditions.

ASD Traders may restrict or refuse certain services in particular jurisdictions where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, risk controls, or Platform policy.

International investing may involve additional risks, including currency, liquidity, market, legal, political, tax, and settlement risks.

Third-Party Services

ASD Traders may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, financial infrastructure, hosting, authentication, communications, market data, analytics, or other services.

Third-party providers may have their own terms, policies, fees, processing times, limitations, and availability requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASD Traders is not responsible for independent failures, delays, actions, or omissions of third-party providers.

Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, secure, and accessible Platform. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, network failures, infrastructure problems, market disruptions, cyber events, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

ASD Traders may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance whenever reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the ASD Traders name, logo, branding, website design, software, user interfaces, text, graphics, content, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to ASD Traders or its applicable licensors.

You may use the Platform and its content only for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, publicly exploit, or commercially use Platform materials without appropriate authorization.

Privacy

Your use of ASD Traders may involve the collection and processing of personal, account, transaction, security, and verification information.

Such information may be processed for account management, transaction processing, security, fraud prevention, compliance, customer support, Platform operation, and other legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

ASD Traders may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Required verification is not completed.
• Applicable law or legal requirements require action.
• The account presents a material security or operational risk.
• The Platform is being abused, manipulated, or misused.

Where permitted by applicable law, restrictions may remain in place while a security, compliance, fraud, or transaction review is conducted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASD Traders shall not be liable for losses arising from investment decisions, market movements, market volatility, third-party service failures, internet or network interruptions, unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control.

ASD Traders does not guarantee that the Platform, market information, transaction processing, pricing, investment opportunities, or other services will always be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASD Traders, its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information provided by you.
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

ASD Traders may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, services, security practices, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or business operations.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Applicable Law

ASD Traders operates as a US-based global platform and may be subject to applicable U.S. federal and state laws, as well as other applicable laws and regulations depending on the services provided and the jurisdiction involved.

Your use of the Platform may also be subject to mandatory laws and protections applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to require a user to waive any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where permitted, disputes should first be submitted to ASD Traders through the official support channels so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.
